Raisins are nothing but dried grapes. There are two types of raisins available, type-1 black in color and type-2 yellowish in color. The processes of drying of both differs but the nutritional facts remain almost the same.

Acupressure therapy for Relieving Sinus problems and Running nose

Acupressure therapy is the best alternative to medicine to cure problems like common cold, sinus problem and running nose. Our body reacts to the environment we live in. Change in the climatic conditions has impact on the body. Change in the seasons too has effect on our body.

We very often prone to get cold, sinus problems, headaches e.t.c.
due to change in the climatic conditions, our body try to adjust.
Dissemination of pollens during flowering season and dust can cause nose irritation followed by sneezing and running nose.

I was one among you to get this problem very often.
I had gone to many doctors. Solution given by them was just a temporary one. According to doctor’s advice I would swallow citrizine and get drowsy for two three days. I would get some temporary relief. Soon after completion of the course, I would return to my initial state of getting headache and running nose. I was tired and irritated. This was the time I was looking for an alternative. To my great luck I found this Acupressure therapy guide. I started reading it and practice it daily. What a relief! Since then I have become a fan of this book
